The idea behind the Corduroy Table project, designed by Christian Troels, was to create a table full of surprising details. The wooden top with rounded edges is elegantly supported by a thin steel structure made up of four black powder-coated tubes that come together in a single unit, giving the table strength but at the same time a light expression. The sophisticated and subtle diamond-cut brass details with which the table is finished create a fascinating contrast with the black steel frame. The refined and light design of the Corduroy makes it ideal for kitchens and dining rooms, both large and small, and for creating an intimate and inviting atmosphere in your contemporary homes.
