Hector | Modular Bookcase

Vincent Van Duysen with the Hector project wanted to be inspired by the typical libraries and offices in a modernist style, elegant but familiar. A versatile upright modular bookcase that allows you to create very airy compositions of any length and height thanks to the modular elements that compose it. The various possible combinations of finishes give rise to very different compositions with a great visual impact. Original “tray” shelves with rounded edges on the corners, in solid wood or aluminum, whose bottom can be in glass or wood, are attached to the uprights. Hector adapts to any environment, along a wall or in the center of the room, as a divider between the living and dining areas.
