RETURNS
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, for any reason, you can return the unused items within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods.

1. Return instructions
Strictly follow the indications of the mandatory procedure indicated here:
1) Send us the communication of withdrawal from the purchase contract by certified email (PEC) to info@chiarenza.it or registered letter with return receipt at Mobili Chiarenza s.a.s. Via Segesta, 136 91014 - Castellammare del Golfo (TP) Italy, specifying the order number and the items you wish to return;
2) Upon receipt by Mobili Chiarenza s.a.s. of the communication of withdrawal from the purchase contract, the company's Customer Service will contact you by email to accept the request and confirm the possible shipment of the package.
3) Within 14 days of the acceptance of the withdrawal by Mobili Chiarenza s.a.s. you will have to send the product by courier. The goods must be carefully packed to avoid damage during shipment. The original packaging must be used and the product must be in perfect condition and complete with everything originally contained. We recommend shipping via insured courier. You are responsible for handling shipping costs and are responsible for the product during shipping. In case of loss, theft, or other Mobili Chiarenza s.a.s. reserves the right to charge for any damage suffered. The address of our warehouse is as follows:

4) Upon arrival of the Mobili Chiarenza s.a.s. will verify the integrity of the goods and the presence of all products accompanying the original product.
5) If the right of withdrawal is exercised following the methods and terms indicated above, Mobili Chiarenza s.a.s. will send you, via e-mail, the relative confirmation of acceptance of the returned products and reimburse any sums already collected for the purchase of the products according to the methods and terms provided.
For orders paid by Credit / Debit Card, the refunded amount will normally be available to customers in about 10 days, and will still be visible on the next card statement. The timing may vary slightly depending on the banking circuit of the credit card used.
We remind you that the value date of the re-credit is the same as the debit, so you will not suffer any loss in terms of bank interest.
For orders purchased via PayPal, the refund will be made to your original PayPal account and will be immediately visible. The actual refund to the credit card from your PayPal account depends on the institution that issued the card.
The refund will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in amount due to exchange rate fluctuations cannot be refunded.
The consumer is solely responsible for the decrease in the value of the goods resulting from the handling of the goods other than that necessary to establish the nature and characteristics of the goods.
To establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods the consumer would only have to handle and inspect them in the same way as he would be allowed to do in a shop. Consequently, the consumer should handle and inspect the goods with due diligence during the withdrawal period.
In case of damage to the product during transport, Mobili Chiarenza s.a.s. will notify the Customer of what happened (within five working days of receipt of the product in its warehouses), to allow the customer to immediately file a complaint against the courier of his choice and obtain a refund of the value of the product (if insured by the customer) .

2. Terms and conditions
The product tag on the returned items must not be cut or broken. The products must not show any signs of use. All products must be returned together with their original packaging, which is considered to all intents and purposes an integral part of the product itself and which must not have been damaged and / or altered in any way, nor used as a single external packaging. In the event that the customer receives defective goods, or that there are errors in shipments by Mobili Chiarenza s.a.s. we invite you to contact Customer Service immediately by writing to store@chiarenza.it . When you receive the delivery, in the presence of the driver, you must write "goods accepted with reserve of account" on the transport documents. In this way, if there is damage caused by the carrier, not immediately visible, it will be possible to open a claim with the transport company. All orders are insured against theft and accidental damage caused by transport while in transit from our warehouses to your delivery address. Once the package has been delivered and you have signed for its acceptance at the delivery address, the insurance coverage ends. To ensure that your purchases arrive intact and in perfect condition, we require a signature for acceptance upon delivery. Products that have arrived damaged where the delivery has not been accepted with reserve will not be refunded. Mobili Chiarenza s.a.s. reserves the right to refuse unauthorized returns or returns that do not comply with all the conditions provided. In these cases, the goods will be returned to the sender at the original shipping address.
For all aspects not specifically expressed, the European legislation for distance trading prevails.
