Octave - Modular Sofa

Designed by Vincent Van Duysen, Octave is a modular sofa system with rigorous shapes. A project with essential geometric lines based on elements that can be joined together that give life to linear, angular compositions or, through the insertion of trapezoidal or rectangular suspended elements, to unusual configurations of great charm. In addition to the traditional linear or corner elements, Octave has open elements to create chaise longues or poufs that can be combined with the composition or remain free even in the center of the room. The blade feet in die-cast steel support the base on which rest rectangular padded backrests, in fabric or leather, of the same thickness as the comfortable seat cushions.
