Parentesi is the extraordinary suspension lamp designed by Achille Castiglioni and Pio Manzù in 1970. This version, created for the 50th anniversary, is produced in two new colors and includes the dimmer to vary the light intensity. Innovative and ingenious, the lamp consists of a metal tube shaped in the shape of a parenthesis, the central element from which the lamp takes its name. Its functional design allows you to move the lamp with a light pressure of the hand. The vertical movement of the lighting body is obtained by sliding the shaped steel tube on a steel cable stretched between the ceiling and the floor (useful length 4000 mm). The main difference, compared to the classic model, is that this anniversary edition features the ceiling rose and the floor stand in the same color as the central element, giving even more color.
